Caregiver/Personal Care Provider (Denver Metro Area)
Our established R&A healthcare facility is in search of an experienced and compassionate Caregiver/Personal care provider who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for committed individuals who have impeccable communication skills and can solve problems on the spot. Our Caregivers/Personal care providers have a reputation for being cheerful and receptive as they administer non-skilled care to our Special need’s clients. We are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team, who is kind, caring and compassionate.
The services are non-skilled for our in-home clients with special needs that range from children to seniors. Typical duties include companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, personal care, respite, transportation, etc.
We will train the right person. However, the experience of working with Adults with the Mental Deficits is a plus.
If you are reliable and have a passion for excellence that can bring our clients exceptional care and compassion every day, this is the job for you! If you would like more hours, we can provide more than one client to reach the desired schedule.
Female client needing assistance with keeping her home in order. Meal prepping, normal housekeeping and errand running. She has difficulty standing for long periods of time and is long-winded easily. She has dialysis on T/TH/F and is drained once she returns home. She has a lot of health concerns and needs an attentive eye on keeping her healthy. This client also lives alone and needs compassionate ear and hearty discussions to keep her mental health alive.
The schedule is as follows: M/W/F - 9 am to 6pm.

Requirements:
Must be able to pass the background check (taking 5-7 business days to process) and have reliable transportation. A CPR certificate is required within 90 days of hire. Driving is also a requirement; we need valid auto insurance and DL.
