Staff member needed for boys foster home. Boys ages range from 12-18. Usually about 5-6 boys. Schedule is 2 days a week for 10 hours per day. You can get more hours if you'd like, but that's the minimum needed. Which days you work are flexible, but days needed are Monday through Friday. Will need to cook meals. Some light cleaning required. Ability to redirect behaviors if needed. Need someone who is empathetic and caring also. Some computer work and paperwork. No drinking or drug use. Dress, speak, and act professional and be presentable for when state workers come to the house for visits with the boys. Ongoing trainings are required. Must interact with and supervise boys. If you have an active nursing licensing, LPN or RN, you don't need a QMAP certification.
Must haves:
At least 21 years old.
First Aid/CPR certified.
QMAP certification.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must be able to pass background check/fingerprinting.
Must be open to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Paid in cash or P2P payment app at the end of each shift.
