Duties

Manage inventory of tools and materials necessary for HVAC operations.

Collaborate with other departments to address property maintenance needs effectively.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including equipment repairs and service calls.
Skills
Extensive knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including air conditioning, refrigeration, and boiler operations.
Proficiency in reading schematics and understanding HVAC design principles.
Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in appliance repair and field service operations.
Familiarity with plumbing systems related to HVAC installations.
Ability to perform equipment repairs using tools such as an ohmmeter and welding equipment.
Experience in construction or property maintenance is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
Strong leadership qualities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
