Ellis Construction Specialties is an established concrete forming/shoring and supply company based in Oklahoma with rental branches in Colorado and Texas.
The Broomfield Colorado branch location is looking to hire a YARD ASSOCIATE for a full-time position starting immediately. Interview required, see below for location.
We offer 401K plan with 5% company match after 1 year, health insurance after 60 days of employment, PTO accrual begins on your first day, 6 paid holidays after 3 months.
Our hours of operation are M-F 7am-3:30pm.
NO WEEKENDS. NO OVERTIME. PAID WEEKLY.
This position includes inspecting and cleaning concrete forms and steel material with a machine, grinder and other hand tools, lifting up to 80lbs, restocking concrete material in our inventory, pulling orders. This is an outside job exposed to weather. It is also a physical and dirty job. It is not a warehouse position. Forklift experience is not required but preferable.
Qualified applicants will be:
-Punctual and reliable (tardiness and/or unexcused absences are not tolerated).
-Drug free.
-At least 21 years of age for insurance purposes.
-Able to communicate in English.
-Legal documents to prove you are a U.S. citizen or documentation to prove you are legally allowed to work in the U.S.
-Physically capable of safely lifting heavy objects repeatedly while adhering to our safety standards.
-Abide by Safety Policies such as wearing steel toes boots, gloves and safety glasses.
-Comfortable working outdoors.
-Respectful of others.
