You must speak fluent English, have your own reliable transportation, and be adept at managing workers , as well as working on the job yourself. You will be dealing with customers on a regular basis so you also must have good customer relation skills. Attention to detail is important, you will need to be able to see the completed project and understand what it takes to make the customer happy.
