40 acre horse farm needs live in ranch/farm manager. 16 horses. Job duties include feeding, cleaning. yard and property care. Handling of the horses so previous experience is required. Horse knowledge is a must. Must be able to lift 75lbs. Hours are from 630am to 4pm. This is a farm so must be able to work in all kinds of weather and be prepared for anything. Very nice two bedroom apartment with all utilities paid plus a weekly salary as part of the compensation. 6 days per week but two or three are half days or only afew hours. $18 an hour is the approximate pay. Bonus given after 90 days of good review. Must be able to begin work soon as job needs filled now!
