Property Management Company looking for a site superintendent to oversee our two commercial properties in Colorado (Denver and Aurora). Basic handyman skills required, along with own vehicle/insurance. Duties include day-porter services, making sure all properties are kept clean, preparing vacant units for new tenants and doing showings, taking care of tenant issues/needs, and overseeing any additional vendor work being done.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with persons of diverse social, cultural and ethnic backgrounds is needed. Must be able to work by yourself and be self-motivated.
$30/hour/minimum of 20 hours a week
