Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites.
Oversee and manage the construction of tower civil projects, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and timely project execution.
Allocate resources and materials effectively, managing labor and equipment needs.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets project requirements.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Civil Foreman with a strong background in tower civil construction projects.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage construction teams effectively.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
