Seeking a hardworking individual for production manager in the Centennial area.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management:
Oversee daily warehouse production activities, including receiving, storage, and order fulfillment.
Develop and implement production schedules and ensure timely completion of production goals.
Monitor and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members.
Ensure adequate staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and optimize warehouse operations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production activities, and employee performance.
Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse operations, including performance metrics and progress toward goals.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (3+ years) in warehouse management or production management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
