Responsibilites include assisting Controller/Office Manager in day-to-day operations, including but not limited to the following:
Heavy billing, including making sure that invoicing is accurate and completed in timely manner, and that job files have all pertinent information enclosed
Entering estimates in system, and assisting estimators and sales in tracking with daily data entry and reporting as necessary
Open jobs and create work orders in a timely manner
Answer telephone calls and greet all vendors and customers in courteous and timely manner. Ensure calls get directed to appropriate person
Email invoices to customers
Assist in maintaining office supplies
Must be able to multitask and prioritize
Filing
Requirements:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Must have basic computer skills, Quickbooks and estimating systems a plus
Solid customer service skills
