Job Description:
This job is working at a small Real Estate and Management company, in central Arvada.
Mostly doing administrative office work; phone calls, emails, mailings, filing etc and various items on a PC, keeping track of tasks and scheduling contractors etc. Occasionally run errands, or show a rental property, so you must have a reliable vehicle.
This is a part-time job, so best if you live approximately 15 minutes or less, from Ralston Rd (58th Ave.) and Wadsworth intersection.
In the beginning while learning the job, estimating about 10 to 15 hours a week, as you learn the job could potentially be 15 to 20 hours a week. Because of the nature of the business, some weeks will have more hours than other weeks.
I can be somewhat flexible with the basic scheduled of Days/Hours, if you have other daytime obligations, or need to occasionally change days due to personal items that come up. But rarely have need for weekend work.
Skills and Abilities needed:
It is not required to have past job history in this type of business, but if not must have ability to learn and develop the skills needed.
Some of this job is related to handling checks/money, so you must be an ethical person and not have past criminal background issues. A required Background check is done in all States.
Must have organizational skills, following Instruction and keeping track current task and future task.
Must have at least good writing and grammar skills.
Must know how to type on a PC Keyboard accurately with all your fingers
