We are a growing automotive business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bookkeeper & Office Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and enjoys wearing multiple hats.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping:
Manage day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks
Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
Track and manage inventory and expenses
Office Administration:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Order office supplies and manage vendor relationships
Support scheduling, billing, and general office duties
Requirements:
1 years of experience in bookkeeping and/or office administration
Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
