Building Services Specialist - Assist in purchasing, & maintaining access systems, cell phone programs, copiers, and maintaining Facilities calendar.
Purchase and maintain inventory of building office supplies.
Maintain building access systems database.
Oversee the administration of the Company's cell phone program.
Ensure building coverage and rules set forth by the Facilities Manager are followed.
Coordinate facilities functions in meeting and event preparation.
Maintain department calendar for upcoming meetings and events.
Enter invoices in the Company's database for processing.
Office hours = 8a to 430p
This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent with 2 years of facilities experience. An advanced skillset in applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and various vendor portals is needed. Some on-call time and overtime is required.
