Partner With a Large Law Firm and support their Office Services Department
Job Summary:
The Office Services Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations by providing comprehensive support in back-office functions, hospitality, mail handling, and reprographics. Reporting to the Lead Office Services Associate, this role is responsible for ensuring a professional and efficient office environment and acting as the primary liaison between the client and Forrest Solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage copying, printing, scanning, and USPS/FedEx mail processing.
Oversee hospitality services, including conference room setup, cleaning, and stocking.
Order and stock office supplies as needed.
Provide backup reception support during breaks and lunches.
Handle local deliveries and emergency hand deliveries.
Act as the main point of contact between the client and Forrest Solutions, ensuring seamless communication.
Ensure a professional office image, with updated signage and organized spaces.
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Maintain accurate operational documentation in the Site Operations Manual.
Conduct regular office inspections to ensure a professional appearance.
Deliver high-quality customer service and promptly address complaints or concerns.
Support the client's hoteling culture by assisting guests and managing workspace needs.
