Customer Experience Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Client Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a liaison between our clients and our organization, you will play a role in ensuring effective and transparent communication. Your responsibilities will include following through on Client onboarding, crafting clear and concise messages, addressing client inquiries, proactively managing client expectations, and assisting in Client service. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal skills, an understanding of our products/services, and the ability to build strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

1. Send Client communication templates to help maintain positive relationships with clients through regular communication channels.

2. Follow up with Clients to ensure they don’t feel dropped or lost in the processes.

3. Proactively identify and address potential issues, keeping clients informed and reassured.

4. Assist in Client service, including basic tax return presentation and processing payments.

5. Monitor and report on client feedback, identifying trends and areas for improvement.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to enhance client engagement.

7. Be an active listener and engage in the solution.

8. Other responsibilities as assigned or developed.

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

2. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

3. Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.

4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Proficient in using communication tools and platforms.
