Job Description:
As a Dispatcher at Mile High Plumbing Electric & Air, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating service calls and ensuring our technicians are dispatched to job sites in a timely manner. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction by managing schedules, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between the office and the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, electrical, and HVAC technicians.
Dispatch technicians to job sites based on priority and location.
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and technician schedules.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with the office team to manage workload and resources effectively.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dispatching or a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services is a plus.
Proficiency in using dispatching software and other office tools.
High school diploma or equivalent.
