In-Person Executive Assistant PT

Looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work in-person with a health and wellness CEO.

To succeed in this role you will have experience or strong interest in sales. You will support the CEO in his day-to-day tasks, most of which will require desire to be involved in the sales and customer experience processes.

Finding the right person, will have big potential. This is a start-up environment, small and mighty, executing on an array of tasks with a lot of ambiguity.

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide unparalleled support to our CEO. This role is vital in ensuring the CEO's day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is not just organized and detail-oriented but also possesses a unique blend of proactive problem-solving skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage the dynamic needs of an executive with a big personality and complex demands.

This role is contracted, part-time and will require in-person time at our Cherry Creek location.

Key Responsibilities

● Comprehensive Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all commitments are met. Including that of handoffs to the internal team.

● Communication Mastery: Serve as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling all communications with professionalism and discretion.

● Task and Project Management: Track and follow up on various projects and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is continually communicated. These are tasks Glenn assigns to you and that the team assigns to Glenn.

● Document Preparation: Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

● Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate the needs of the CEO, addressing issues before they arise and providing solutions promptly.

● Efficiency in Multitasking: Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, adapting to changing priorities with ease.

● Tech Savviness: Utilize and master new tools and systems quickly to support the CEO’s requirements effectively.

Technical Proficiency:

● Google Workspace: Expertise in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.

● Calendar Management: Skilled in managing complex calendars and

scheduling.

● Task Coordination: Proficient in tracking and coordinating various tasks and

projects.

● Communication Tools: Proficient in handling phone calls, messages, and other

communication tools.

Qualifications:

● Experience: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives.

● Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant tools.

● Personal Attributes: Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a commitment to excellence.
