Job Description:
As the Office Manager at Elevation Motors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of our dealership. This position requires a blend of administrative prowess, customer service excellence, and a passion for automobiles.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and handling customer inquiries.
Oversee dealership paperwork including sale paperwork, finance contracts and DMV transactions (training provided if necessary).
Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
Coordinate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless customer interactions.
Uphold dealership standards of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management or administrative roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Google Workspace.
A genuine passion for cars and automotive culture.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn dealership-specific paperwork and processes.
