Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, motivated Part - Time Administrator to join our team.
Duties:
- Answer phones, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies
- Process payroll tasks
- Maintain databases, compile and process workers documentation, and update workers records.
- Assist the Operation manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, and communicate updates to workers
- Address employee concerns and help to foster positive relationships within the workplace
- Entering data into the Scheduling program that is used
- Performing other admin & clerical tasks as needed
Skills:
- Two years’ experience in an Admin role
- Able to multi task
- Strong administrative skills to assist with documentation and reporting tasks.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Computer literacy, particularly with google suite applications, for scheduling and documentation purposes.
- Familiarity with construction tools and safety practices is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
