Practice is in SE Denver and is limited to Dr. Kinderlehrer and the Office Manager.
Most patient appointments are an hour long and are usually conducted remotely.
Environment is fragrance-free and safe for those with chemical, mold, or EMF sensitivities.
Duties
General office duties include answering phone and emails, filing, photocopying, scanning, faxing
Treat patients with kindness and respect
Order and ship products and send invoices
Maintain patient payment records and generate bank deposits
Enter expenses in QuickBooks, reconcile bank accounts, and create regular reports including Profit and Loss
Assist with year-end tax preparation
Drop off mail
Starting pay is $35/hour, with performance-based increases
In-office presence is typically 9:30-4:30 Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Monitor emails remotely on Fridays through Mondays (1-2 hours total)
Qualifications
Broad experience with general clerical duties
Experience in the medical field preferred
Reliable, conscientious and kind
Exceptional multi-tasking skills
Self-motivating and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Working knowledge of QuickBooks
Basic knowledge of MacBook
Solid written and verbal communications skills
