Job Description:

As a Personal Assistant at Best Way Housing, you will be an essential part of our team, providing administrative and organizational support to our executives and real estate professionals. You will help manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.

Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the team.

Task Management: Assist with day-to-day tasks, including organizing files, preparing documents, and managing projects.

Client Relations: Interact with clients and partners in a professional and friendly manner.

Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.

Research and Reporting: Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.

Errands: Run personal and business-related errands as required.

Support Real Estate Transactions: Assist with paperwork, client follow-ups, and other real estate-related tasks.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

Discretion and confidentiality are crucial.

Positive attitude, proactive approach, and a willingness to learn.

Real estate experience is a plus but not required.
