Elevation Motors is excited to offer this new opportunity to join our team! We are looking for a front desk receptionist who will also assist our office manager with administrative duties. This position will mostly be typical front desk duties like answering phones, scheduling detail appointments and of course greeting and working with clients.
We are a boutique car dealership owned by lifelong car enthusiasts. We have the joy of bringing fun and interesting cars to the market but what truly sets us apart is our positive dealership environment which is why we are looking for the perfect candidate who will help us continue that reputation.
We are looking for someone who has general business experience/knowledge and a fantastic, energetic and welcoming personality. An individual who is well organized, well spoken, can multi-task and effectively communicate directly with clients is a must. The ideal candidate is somewhat proficient in Microsoft Windows operating systems, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace with a good work ethic and a passion to succeed. Vehicle knowledge or an affinity for them is a big plus but not required.
Job Duties will include but are not limited to:
Greeting customers
Answering the phone/transferring calls
Scheduling detail appointments
Creating detail invoices
Interacting with customers at vehicle pick up
Handling paperwork for vehicles on consignment
Assisting with deal paperwork
Occasionally ordering parts
Filing costs/invoices for inventory cars
Keeping the lobby area clean and presentable
This will be a full-time as we continue to grow. We are rapidly getting busier so the ideal hire is someone wanting to grow with us. The position will be 5 days a week. We can provide a flexible schedule. We offer company assisted health care, discounts on parts/services and paid time off. Very easy going and relaxed atmosphere. Occasionally, we have a couple of shop dogs, so you must be ok with dogs.
