Job Description: We are looking for an energetic and self-driven individual to join our sales team as a Property Acquisition Agent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential property owners, generating leads, and setting appointments for our acquisition team. This is a commission-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment and is passionate about real estate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential property sellers using a provided lead list. - Explain the benefits and services offered by our company .
- Qualify leads and set appointments for the property acquisition team.
- Maintain a detailed record of calls and client interactions in our system.
- Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and close deals.
- Strategize and develop effective call scripts and approaches to maximize lead generation.
- Work closely with the property acquisition team to refine strategies and improve success rates.
- Take accountability for targets and track performance metrics regularly.
Requirements:

No Real Estate License Needed:
- While a real estate license is not required, familiarity with the real estate market is a plus.
