Holland Partner Group is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager for City Gate! The Holland Team consists of associates that demonstrate strong leadership, communication, team-building, and decision-making skills. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your

ÂÂÂÂ The
Responsibilities
The Property Manager administers and
maintains all phases of community operations under the direction of the
Regional Manager. Works closely with the Maintenance Manager to monitor all
maintenance activities. Ensures the completion of various daily,
weekly, and monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner, and assist with the
overall team effort in any way possible.
ÂÂÂÂ The
Qualifications
Minimum of three years' experience in residential property management required.
