Job Type: Full-Time
Summer (Wed-Sat, 10-hour days)
Spring/Fall/Winter (Mon-Fri, 8-hour days)
Some weekend (Saturday) availability preferred
Starting Pay: Based on experience

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with purchasing landscape supplies, plants, and gift items.
Perform cashier duties and provide excellent customer service.
Answer phones and handle basic clerical tasks
Support management with office-related duties as needed.
Take and dispatch deliveries.
Communicate with team members via radio or in person to coordinate tasks, such as loading and unloading.
Diverse Administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Clean and maintain store and displays (sweeping, dusting, organizing inventory).
Rotating bathroom cleaning responsibilities.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Ability to perform basic clerical and office tasks.
Strong adherence to schedules and task assignments.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (e.g., lifting a 50 lb bag for a customer).
Reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a significant plus.
Experience in landscaping, gardening, horticulture, or construction is a plus.
Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge is a plus.
Strong positive attitude and customer service skills are a must.
