Job Title: Appointment Generator
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Appointment Generator to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to generate leads and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inside sales, door knocking, and customer service.
Duties:
- Canvas predetermined residential areas, going door to door to generate leads and set up appointments
- Utilize software tools to track leads and appointments
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions
- Assist in business development efforts by identifying new opportunities for growth
Experience:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in lead generation or appointment setting is a plus, but not necessary

Compensation:
- $25/hour with $25 bonus for every sales appointment scheduled
