This role will report into the Senior Director of HRIS and play a key role in system configuration, data migration, testing, reporting, troubleshooting and end-user assistance from a Workday perspective. Additionally having the opportunity to support short- and long-term projects that deliver HR's strategies and supports the organization's growth.ResponsibilitiesHRIS Support and General InquiresMonitors the HRIS Support Desk and ensures tickets are being routed, customers are promptly responded to, and issues resolved in a timely manner.Effectively communicate and respond to general HRIS inquiries.Provide customer service to associates, managers, payroll processors, and HR Business Partners.Perform a variety of day-to-day HRIS functions ensuring and confirming data integrity and accuracy of all data entered in our databases.Maintain data in multiple HRMS systems and assure information is available on a timely basis.Assist in the implementation of projects affecting payroll, compensation, and data management teams.System support, upgrades, design, and implementationProvide support for system upgrades, enhancements, testing (including creating, documenting, and performing testing), validation, and overall performance.Analyze software releases to assess impact of new features.Assist in the design, development, testing, implementation, upgrading applications to support Annual programs, e.g. Benefits Open Enrollment, Merit Planning and Review, Annual Performance Reviews.Analyzation and RecommendationsGather/document business requirements, analyzing current technology, data, and processes versus potential in order to create recommended solutions.Reporting and DashboardsWrite, generate, and maintain Human Resource and Payroll reports and dashboards.Review generated reports to validate that accurate and desired information is produced.Generate routine and ad-hoc reports.Recommend and deliver performance improvements related to Reporting Workstream.QualificationsBachelor's degree in IT, Accounting, HR, Engineering and/or equivalent training and work experienceMinimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR applications (SAP ECC, Workday, iCMS, Taleo, Ultimate)Minimum 3 years' experience in Workday (benefits & performance modules).Experience in custom report and dashboard writing.A strong understanding of Workday configuration (Absence, Time Off, Time Tracking, Talent, Payroll).Experience with calculated fields, matrix reports, and composite reports required.Proficient PC skills using MS Office and have advanced skills in Excel.Ability to set up and choose key data to show in reporting including graphs and key data points.VLOOKUPS, formulas, pivot tables, and graphingMust be a results-oriented professional with verbal/written communication skills using diplomacy and discretion as well as customer service skills.Must be able to present complex issues and solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.Ability to multi-task, work independently, pay attention to details, set priorities and meet deadlines.Analytic, Reporting and Business Planning skills.Utilize sound judgement and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, high-volume, team environment.Benefits: Medical, HSA, FSA, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, 401k (50% up to 6%), Life Insurance, Wellbeing (Healthy Pregnancy and Omada Programs, Employee Assistance Program, Parental Leave, PTO (3 weeks), 8 Holidays including 2 Floating Holidays, Legal Insurance, Commuter Transit & Parking Plan, Pet InsuranceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
