Must be good communicator.
Responsible and self starter.
Must have tools.
Need be organized.
Be able to do quality work.
Should live close.
Need to be capable of: drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, locks, cabinet installation and other facets of maintenance.
Must have at least 10 years of experience and can pass a background check
Job duties:
Perform work orders.
Preparing vacant apartments for rental.
Maintaining building and grounds.
Help property manager show units when they are not available and you are on site.
Hours are basically Monday-Thursday 9 am-noon.
Starting at $35 /hr
