Looking for a Tech with at least 5 minimum experience but will consider talking to someone highly skilled with maybe less time in the industry.
Duties are taking cars apart for blueprinting and exposing entire damage, perform repairs to high standard and meet manufacturer requirements and read estimates to perform proper repairs, keep up with cycle times and be a good fit for our shop.
Some Mechanical a major plus, I CAR certifications a plus but will send to ICAR training classes
Aluminum repairs and R&R a plus
Must know how to use Pro spot welders and aluminum SPR tool
knowledge of nitrogen plastic welder for plastic repairs
knowledge in minor frame repairs and set up an measure
Must work well with team and be a neat employee
Must keep stall clean of clutter
Position is for a Full Time Technician hours are flexible 6-3, 7-4, 8-5, 9-6 as long as you produce and work 40 hours minimum.
Pay is commission Based
