Hiring a B-Level technician with alignment and suspension experience.
Role Title: B-Level Technician – Alignment and Suspension Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
o Perform wheel alignments and suspension repairs with accuracy and attention to detail.
o Diagnose and repair suspension systems, including shocks, struts, control arms, and other components.
o Ensure that alignment is performed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
o Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
o Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools.
o Keep up with the latest industry technologies and alignments tools.
o Provide high-quality customer service by explaining repairs and maintenance requirements clearly.
o Must have own tools. (hand tools/alignment tools)
Qualifications:
o 2-5 years of experience in automotive repair, with a focus on suspension and alignment work.
o Certification(s) such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) or other relevant certifications in alignment and suspension. A plus but not required.
o High school diploma or equivalent; formal automotive education (such as a technical school) a plus but not required.
o Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Skills:
o Proficiency with alignment machines and tools.
o Strong knowledge of suspension systems (shocks, struts, control arms, bushings, etc.).
o Ability to diagnose and fix suspension issues, including steering and handling problems.
o Solid understanding of automotive repair procedures and safety protocols.
o Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
o Ability to lift heavy components, work with tools, and handle automotive equipment.
o Comfortable working in a shop environment, which may be noisy and physically demanding.
