Perks And Benefits:
Competitive Pay $25 - $35 per hour DOE
Day Shift M-F 7am - 4:45pm
Some Overtime - Company believes in a healthy work and life balance and does not want their Foreman's to be working more than 45 hrs./week at most. Great work/life balance!

What You Will Be Doing:
Reading blueprints to determine dimensions/walls sizes
Training and motivating a crew of up to 6 Carpenters
Operating a Telehandler and total station
Pulling Layout and operating a SPS 930 total station
Assuring quality work and reviewing all finished product
Oversight of safety and OSHA standards - Experience with OSHA is a huge + and commercial/industrial concrete project management
What You Bring To The Table:
Abilityto manage a set project schedules effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Leadership and time management
Experience with concrete carpentry - 3-5+ years
Experienced running crew meetings and daily kick-off meetings
Ability to delegate projects and manage tight deadlines
Experience using Spectrum PTE for time card entry and delivering daily production reports to the Superintendent
Valid drivers license - Required
