Deck crew for exterior residential projects - decks, patio covers, pergolas
This is a 1099 - independent contractor position
Must have:
Company/ Tradename registered with State of CO
General Liability Insurance
Hand tools/ Power tools/ Ladders/ Wheelbarrow/ Hand Dig Tools
Reliable Transportation
Framing and Finish Carpentry Skills (Composite Decks, Railings, Stairs, Patio Cover Build and Trim, Cedar Pergolas)
Established 2-4 man crew, with crew lead onsite full time (not a sub crew)
Provided:
Dingo Auger and Concrete Demo Tools
Concrete Truck (when needed)
Stamped Drawings
Demo/ Scrap trailer onsite
All Materials and Hardware
Opportunity to work Full Time/ Year Round
