We are expanding our training division and seeking passionate Trainers and Consultants to join our team. Our mission is to deliver top-tier safety education, equipment, and compliance training to ensure workers across all industries have the knowledge and gear essential for their safety on the job. We have a crucial goal to achieve, and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to help us reach it!
Our new amazing Retail/ Training office in Denver, CO will have Four training rooms, a 20’ training tower for Rescue, fall protection, confined space, roofing, rope access and more. Frequent job site visits are typical and teaching at our location or client’s location is standard.
We are seeking candidates with a background in the trades and hands-on experience in training. Having an OSHA 500 or 501 Authorized Outreach Trainer certification, or similar credentials, is highly preferred Please present all certifications you carry as a trainer along with your experience.

Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of OSHA regulations or relevant consensus standards
Strong relationship-building skills with high emotional intelligence (EQ)
Proven experience as an EHS professional and/or trainer
BCSP certifications (e.g., CSP, CIT, CHST) are a plus
Bilingual (Not Required, but highly beneficial)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and customize training materials by reviewing curriculum and gathering necessary resources.
- Deliver high-quality, impactful training sessions using diverse teaching techniques, with a focus on hands-on demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with documentation procedures by collecting and retaining records according to CSSC standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate and design curricula for current and future training programs to meet organizational needs.
