We’re a small, growing general contractor focused on residential construction, and we're looking for an experienced Foreman/Project Manager to join our team. This role starts as a part-time 1099 position, but there's potential to go full-time if things go well.

Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when needed.
Work closely with the owner to help with scheduling, budgets, and materials.
Start off with handyman / trade skills to show your expertise while rolling into the administrative side as we grow.
What We're Looking For:
A strong background in residential construction, with solid knowledge of building methods, trade skills, and local codes.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage a team on the job site.
Comfortable with hands-on work and being involved in various construction tasks.
Professional attitude and able to represent our company well.

Willing to wear company-branded gear on the job (nothing too cheesy!).
Good communication skills with clients and the ability to solve problems quickly.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with project management software.
- Experience with renovations and new builds.
- Bilingual, fluent english required though.
- Understanding of furniture / woodworking skills and/or metal working.

Why Join Us?
We’re all about growth—both for the company and our team members. This is a great chance to join a company on the rise, with room for career growth and skill development. We're focused on garages, remodel's, and niche tiny homes. We like to tackle the interesting and difficult but not above doing the mundane and boring to keep the bills paid. If things work out, this role could grow into a full-time position with benefits. If you're looking to do what you love in the construction industry without being overworked, we can keep you focused on what you do best. The owner of the company knows what success takes, integrity and humility are key to that, and if you can bring that to the table we're a good match. If you can bring the production, he can bring the sells / projects.
