About Our Company:
Living Design Studios, Inc. has been in business since 2001. We are an ornamental and architectural metalworks company serving residential and commercial customers throughout Colorado. We offer a unique design to build construct working with Colorado’s largest commercial contractors and most reputable architectural and design companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Work well in team environment so that budgets and schedules are met.
Be able to follow direction so that projects are completed safety and profitably.
To sand, grind, polish, blacken, seal, and clean metal surfaces of all types and sizes (ferrous and non-ferrous)
Personal Attributes and Skills Needed to be Successful:
Must be steady, decisive, flexible and friendly team player
Must strive for continuous improvement, accepting responsibility for results, and effectively manage time to meet deadlines
Be able to work overtime when needed
Have some experience in a finishing environment
Be experienced with patina, paints, primers, lacquers and waxes on all types and sizes of metals
Understand proper use and storage of HVLP and airless paint sprayers
Know how to use finishing tools (angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders electric and pneumatic)
Ability to stand, bend, twist and reach for long periods of time
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Requirement:
Travel to Colorado mountain communities to touch up/finish installed work.
Must pass a background check.
Schedule:
Full-Time, 40-hours per week, Monday-Thursday
Shop location is 1010 Carbon Court, Erie, Colorado.
Willing to travel during the week.
Willing to work overtime as needed.
Compensation & Benefits:
Minimum starting pay is $32,280 depending on experience. Paid weekly.
