Hello there. I own a small heat pump installation company on the west side of town called GB3 Energy. We have been in the green building business for over 25 years. We take pride in designing and installing systems properly. We do this because we understand that climate change is real and that heat pumps, although not a perfect solution, are better than burning things to create heat - if possible!
We have nice electric vans, and lots of work! Are you interested? We typically work Monday - Thursday 8:00 - 3:00, and take Fridays off. So that’s only 32 hrs/week. We are also flexible with working times for personal events.
Pay is $60/hr to start, and increases from there depending on your skill level and ability to lead. We welcome all applicants and value diversity. Insurance and benefits are a possibility after 3 months.

REQUIREMENTS:
- EPA 608 certification
- Clean driving and criminal record
- 5 years HVAC experience minimum. (Ability to install heat pumps - refrigerant piping, electrical - high and low voltage, sheet metal…)
- BPI and/or NATE certification a bonus, but not required
