Job Description:
We are in search of a dependable and experienced Handyman to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks related to drywall installation, framing, carpentry, and tile work. Your ability to handle multiple projects with precision and attention to detail is crucial to our success.
Responsibilities:
Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing with finesse.
Execute framing and carpentry projects, ensuring structural integrity and top-notch craftsmanship.
Expertly install and repair various types of tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and stone.
Safely operate both hand and power tools required for the job.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, promoting safety and efficiency.
Adhere to strict safety guidelines and precautions on every job.
Efficiently transport materials and tools to job sites using your own truck.
Maintain a valid driver's license, provide proof of liability insurance, and maintain a clean driving record.
Requirements:
Proven drywall installation, framing, carpentry, and tile work expertise.
Valid driver's license, personal liability insurance, and access to a reliable truck.
Possession of basic tools necessary to complete the job effectively.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to producing top-quality work.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work ethic.
Clean background record.
Willingness to provide a W-9 for contract work.
