I'm hiring one or more experienced full-time painters to join my team.
We use a tape and caulk method to get straight lines. This is required.
We specialize in residential interior painting of client homes. We roll and brush everything. Only partial exterior painting like a front porch or door. NO spraying. We work about 50 weeks a year. We focus on high quality work with razor crisp lines over speed. We paint all across the Denver metro area but a big percentage of our jobs are in the Central Park area of Denver (formerly Stapleton).
We will provide all of the tools, supplies, brushes, rollers, ladders etc. You can use your own brushes, rollers and tools if you prefer.
This is a position during the day Monday through Friday. Approximately 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a lunch break.
I'm looking for someone who has good hygiene, a positive attitude, teachable, shows up on time and works hard.
Pay starts off at $22- $26 per hour depending on experience and expertise and increases $1 per hour when quality, great work ethic and speed are demonstrated and you learn and follow our system. I'll hire you as an employee, not a sub-contractor. I'll do a first day "audition" for you to show me your skills, experience and speed that will be paid. We do direct deposit every 2 weeks from a payroll company.
