We are looking for an experienced HVAC technician to assist us in building clear ice block machines. We have been building machines for 2 years now. We sell one machine and need help with the refrigeration side of things.
This positions is PART TIME as needed. Currently, we have 6 machines on order and need immediate assistance. Work can be in the evenings, on the weekends or during the day.
Candidates must have strong soldering and brazing skills. We need someone to build the cold plate (evaporator), drop it into the machine, mount the 1/2 hp condensing unit and then make all of the connections between the cold plate and condensing unit. Next, you will need to run leak tests, then charge the system with refrigerant.
Qualified candidates must understand how to problem solve. Candidates must understand how to check pressures and ensure each machine has the proper amount of refrigerant and is running optimally.
We are looking for immediate help, as in this week.
