We are a custom metal shop, looking for someone with the skills and experience to lead an install team and grow with our company. We do everything from hand/guard rails and stairs, to high end architectural metals, and even some structural work (certs not required, we have certified welders on staff when needed, but having/getting certs would be great). Job duties, and what would be expected from a candidate would include, but is not limited to
- experienced in MIG welding
- safe and skilled use of angle grinders and other hand/power tools
- experience with concrete anchoring
- ability to work accurately and efficiently
- general mechanical inclination and solid ability to problem solve
- experience leading a small team to ensure safety and quality
- ability to lift/move/place heavy metal assemblies as needed
- experience driving trucks and pulling trailers
- reliability and work ethic are very important
