Position Overview
We’re hiring a detail-oriented Landscape Maintenance Technician to maintain pristine commercial grounds. Your work will ensure properties stay visually stunning, sustainable, and compliant with Denver’s water conservation standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance: mowing, edging, pruning, and planting in commercial settings.
Apply mulch, pine straw, and seasonal color installations for curb appeal.
Operate equipment (e.g., zero-turn mowers, blowers, trimmers) safely and efficiently.
Assist with xeriscaping and drought-tolerant plant care to conserve water.
Conduct site cleanups, debris removal, and stormwater management.

Qualifications
1+ years of commercial landscaping experience (residential candidates with relevant skills considered).

Valid driver’s license with a clean record (CDL not required but a plus).
