QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of landscape operations management experience
Pest Applicators License (Qualified Supervisor) through the Department of Agriculture.
Proven track record leading 5+ crews efficiently
Strong knowledge of Colorado plants, irrigation systems, and landscaping techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations for landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and holiday and snow removal teams.
Ensure compliance with Denver’s water conservation standards (e.g., xeriscaping, efficient irrigation).
Manage client relationships, focusing on VIP service and proactive communication.
Coordinate with the enhancements team for projects like synthetic turf installation, holiday lighting, and arbor care.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality control to uphold company commitments to "unmatched timeliness."
Train and mentor staff in safety protocols, equipment use, and sustainability practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in commercial landscape management.
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation systems, snow removal, holiday light install, capital projects, and xeriscaping.
Proficiency in project management software like Asana for capital project execution, scheduling, and client updates.
Proficiency in field management software like Jobber.
Leadership skills with a focus on teamwork, accountability, and attention to detail.
Certifications such as NALP-CLM, SLM or CLIA are preferred.
OSHA 10 certification.
Pest applicator license (Qualified Supervisor) through the Department of Agriculture.
