Looking for someone to help out with multiple projects. We are a small kitchen & bathroom remodel company. We also do all types of home repairs. Please read all parts before responding.
The person we need will have his own
Business name and Insurance. (If you do not have these, I can help you get them)
Must have at least 2 years' experience in remodel/ home repairs (framing, tile, drywall, elect, plumbing all a plus)
Transportation and driver's license - truck/van a plus. (not just a ride to work)
Own basic tools.
Must be reliable and have a clean appearance.
Able to work interior and exterior including some ladder work.
We work in all parts of the Denver metro area including Boulder, Erie, Aroura castle rock, but mostly in the metro area.
This job will pay by the hour, and it will be a 1099 position.
I do not do well with drama, drugs or alcohol on my job sites, this includes pot
If you drink excessively look elsewhere for work!
