Position: Sub-Contractor Handyman
Location: Douglas and Arapahoe counties, with some work in Jeffco (west Littleton)

Compensation: $30 - $50 per hour (depending on skill level)
Job Type: Initially part-time (20-30 hours per week), full-time after the first few weeks.
Payment: Weekly (1099 position, paid weekly for the previous week's hours)
Responsibilities:
As a Handyman Sub-Contractor with WiseChoice, your role will involve:
Providing estimated hours to complete projects
General repairs and maintenance tasks.
Providing your own reliable transportation and tools.
Demonstrating proficiency in a range of skills, including:
Drywall repair (including texture matching).
Painting (using tape and caulk with precision).
Basic carpentry (light framing and repairs, both interior and exterior trim).
Basic plumbing (fixture and toilet replacements, including garbage disposals).
Basic electrical (fixture and outlet replacements).
Additional Skills:
If you possess expertise in any of the following areas, you'll earn a higher hourly rate:
Flooring (tile and LVP installation).
Finish carpentry (baseboards and door casings).
Plumbing (working with PEX and replacing ball valves).
Electrical (running new lines and box work).
Requirements:
Comfortable working at heights, including on roofs and using ladders up to 20 feet.
Consistency and reliability in work attendance.
