Looking for a lead MAINTENANCE/REPAIR/DRYWALL PATCHING Technician. Must have most tools, computer skills in QuickBooks, emails, excel. must have internet connection. need someone with experience in drywall patching, texturing, painting, plumbing, AC systems, and general maintenance. Would do own hours and scheduling. Services include a wide range of residential maintenance including sprinklers, AC, Heat, plumbing leaks, patching, fencing, doors, siding, etc.
This position requires great organizational skills, ability to get things finished, someone who is self motivated and able to set appointments.
May be contract work or hourly. 20-35 DOE vehicle available if needed.
