We are looking for a full-time facilities maintenance manager. We currently operate 3 manufacturing facilities in Arvada and need someone who can provide:
- Facility Improvements (Garage Doors, Man Doors, etc.)
- Maintenance on Powder Coating Furnaces, Paint Booths, Air Compressors, Other Related Equipment
- Running Air Lines
- Running Conduit (do not need to be an electrician, we will handle all electrical connections)
- Running vacuum ducting
- Disassembling Equipment
- Assembling Equipment
- Moving Equipment
- Installing New Equipment
- Implementing best practices for shop organization and continuous improvement
- Documenting maintenance tasks and creating schedules
- Small "remodel" projects such as building/renovating offices or storage areas. Includes light framing, hanging drywall, etc.
- Cleaning and Organizing the shops
