Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated Mitigation Technicians to join our restoration team. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of property recovery — responding to damage, stabilizing affected areas, and ensuring every project is handled with the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to emergency service calls for water, fire, and mold damage
Set up and monitor drying equipment
Perform demolition, debris removal, and sanitization as needed
Document work performed, including photos, notes, and measurements
Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
Qualifications:
Experience in restoration or construction preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in challenging environments (wet, smoky, confined spaces)
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to be on-call for emergencies
IICRC certification is a plus (but not required
