ATTENTION PAINTING COMPANY OWNERS, TEAM LEADERS, PROJECT MANAGERS & SALES PROS:
We're an Established Company (20 years) and we're seeking a Sales & Production Coordinator. This is a base + incentive pay role.
A successful candidate for this role could bring years experience as a painter team lead, could be a former painting company owner, or a super/production managers with strong painting background because QC (quality control) is a large component of the job.
Also, a track record of estimating & sales are a plus and will yield higher pay & incentives.
For us, what a great production coordinator brings to the table includes setting a customer-centric cultural tone, empowering team members to think and operate independently, managing daily, weekly and monthly sales & production goals, maintaining quality standards and thorough communications. for a small business in the remodeling/painting space.
Daily:
Project walk-throughs with Sales, Owner, Team Leads
Estimating/sales appointments
Project pre-start walk throughs, post completion walk throughs
Thoughtful scheduling of resources and teams to produce profitable work
Review proposals/contracts/invoicing to ensure accuracy, timeliness and clear scope of work
Resolve invoicing hand-offs promptly with bookkeeper
Weekly:
Review timesheets with estimator to ensure accuracy
Manage/move equipment
Assist and run leadership and training meetings
Monthly
Review monthly financials with owner, leadership team, present solutions as needed to improve profitability
General:
Ensure the right team members are cultivated and the wrong ones are re-introduced to the industry
Inspect/maintain high work quality, initiate training where/when appropriate
Conduct performance reviews
Ensure a work environment for all staff that is positive, supportive, engaging and purposeful.
Oversee disposal of construction waste, hazardous waste
Develop operational redundancy to ensure work can continue despite illness, vacation, etc
