Job Title: Shop Technician (Part-Time, 1099 Contractor)
Starting Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

We are a growing automotive and specialty vehicle shop with a strong focus on Campervan and RV upgrades and build-outs. Our work is grounded in craftsmanship, quality, and doing things right the first time. As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable and skilled Shop Technician to join our team on a part-time basis, with opportunities to grow alongside the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform suspension-related repairs and upgrades, including:
Ball joint replacement
Tie rod installation
Bushing changes
Shock and spring swaps
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Ensure all work meets our high standards for quality, function, and safety
Requirements:
Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with suspension systems
Familiarity with common tools and shop equipment
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Campervan/RV systems and layouts
Being knowledgeable swapping out gearboxes and alternators is a plus
ASE certification(s) a plus but not required
