Position Overview:
Are you a skilled and experienced glass installer looking for a rewarding career opportunity? Alpine Glass is seeking talented individuals to join our team. As a Skilled Glass Installer, you will be responsible for the layout and installation of custom interior glass, managing project workflows, and collaborating with a diverse clientele that includes designers, contractors, and homeowners.
Key Responsibilities:
Layout and install custom interior glass with precision and attention to detail.
Efficiently manage the workflow of assigned projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with clients, including designers, contractors, and homeowners, to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a zero-tolerance drug-free workplace.
Uphold Alpine Glass's commitment to craftsmanship and quality.
Qualifications:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Possession of all necessary tools for the job.
Proven experience in glass installation or related field.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation:
Leads: $28 to $40 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
Apprentices: $20 to $28 per hour, commensurate with experience and skill level.
